What this week is all about is about Work...

So Your all may be asking What work have u been assigned?

The Electrical board of the New Solar Car!

The existing team have done the portion below, and before we start working on it we have to ask them wat are the board about. Because we weren't the ones who build it.

The Grey Box above is known as the Low Voltage Box.It acts like a step-down transformer.
The Black Box below is a QUIT MOUDLE.It is used to get information from all around the car(ex.Solar Cells/Batteries/Motor) via Bluetooth so that the mechanics team will noe What needs repairs.

The Gray stuff in the middle is known as the DC-DC converter,currently its input voltage is 110V that will be supplied from the Solar Cells and Output Voltage will be 12V to the other components of the Car.

Wheel of BO-Cruiser - Integrated Motor known as the Wheel-Hub Motor(consisting of a Stator Coil and 42 magnets on one side of the wheel.The Wire is a Electrical source for the movement of the motor.

This is the Stator Coil of the Wheel in the wheel as shown in the picture above.
Configuration of the magnets are Hallbach Array.

This is the Carbon Fibre in making the Car Chassis.It is in a HoneyComb form and the Configuration is 0/45/90/-45 degrees


My Job For the Week?

1.Is to make a connection between the Emergency Button


2.Connections for the Transistor


3.Building the Board so that we can work on the buttons more systematically


4.Some of the Teammates over there have miss out on the 10ohm Resistor. So we have to add it in.
